早いもので、本日12月28日（木）が2017年最後の営業日となりました。
2017年、大変お世話になりました！
年明けは、1月6日（土）より、通常営業いたします。
2018年もよろしくお願いいたします◎

Today, 28th December (Thu.) is our last business day in 2017.
We really appreciate your kindness this year!!
We are going to open "fabrico" from 6th January (Sat.) in 2018 as usual.
We hope we can meet you in 2018 too :)

12月24日（日）は臨時休業とさせていただきましたが、なぜ臨時休業だったかと言うと…
ロイヤルスタジオパスというVIPチケットに懸賞で当選したため、USJことユニバーサルスタジオジャパンに遊びに行っておりました(^_^;)

We were temporary closed on 24th December because...
I won a lottery of Universal Studios Japan's most expensive pass for the day...hehe

秋冬の季節限定フルーツティー入荷しました！Limited Autumn & Winter teas have come!!

秋冬の季節限定フルーツティーが２種類、11月15日からメニューに登場しています。
どちらもノンカフェイン、フルーツの自然の甘さが美味しいです◎

We're serving 2 kinds of fruit teas which are limited to Autumn & Winter from the 15th November :)
Both are caffeine-free, the tastes are delicious by natural sweetness of fruits.

＊ アップルショコラ
国産りんごのほのかな甘みと酸味が特徴的。
しっかりコクがあるので、スウィーツのお供にもぴったりです。

＊apple chocolat
This tea has a bit of sweet and sour taste of apple from Japan.
I guess it's nice with having sweets because of the full-bodied flavour.

＊はちみつジンジャー
ポカポカする生姜と優しい甘さのはちみつフレーバーは、冬にぴったり。
寒い日の一息にぜひ。

＊honey ginger
The flavour of ginger which makes you warm and the mild sweetness of honey suits winter.
Please have it for a break on a cold day.

ハッピーハロウィーン！

Happy Halloween!!

少し先立って10月28日（土）、fabricoは“ハロウィンウォークin京街道”という城東区ドットコムさん他主催のイベントに参加させていただきましたー！

 On 28th Oct, we fabrico joined to the event of Jyotoku.com and others "Halloween Walk in Kyokaido"!!

当日はあいにくの雨でしたが、可愛く仮装したお子様たちが「トリックオアトリート！」と元気よくご来店。
私も軽く仮装して「ハッピーハロウィーン！」と出迎えさせていただきました。

It was rainy, but children who dressed up in fancy costumes visited us cheerfully with saying "Trick or Treat!!".
I also dressed up a bit and welcomed them with answering "Happy Halloween!!".

ところが…！
やはり雨のせいか、用意したお菓子が大量に余ってしまいました…。

However...!!
Sweets which we prepared were left over a lot because of the rain...


そんなわけで。
今週いっぱい11月５日（日）まで、ご来店されたお客様に無料でお菓子をプレゼントさせていただきます！
大人も子供も関係なし！カフェのオーダーも雑貨や楽器の購入も必要なし！
お気軽に遊びに来てくださいね♪

So, we give customers the sweets for free until 5th November (Sun)!!
Don't care about adult or child!! Don't need to order or buy something!!

都島区で大人気のハロウィーンイベント『ハロウィーンウォーク』が、
今年は京街道エリアでも開催されることになりました！
関目高殿駅から野江内代駅まで、仮装してお菓子をもらいながら歩きましょう♪
fabricoも参加させていただきます！

A popular Halloween event of Miyakojima-ku "Halloween Walk" is going to be in Kyokaido area too this year!
Let's walk in costume within Sekime-Tkadono station to Noe-Uchindai station to get TREAT :)
We fabrico are going to join the event!!

　　　　※13:45から受付開始　※雨天決行

紹介料は無料。レッスン代やスケジュール、レッスン場所は、先生と直接ご相談ください。

Did you know?
We fabrico are doing to introduce teachers of stringed instruments like acoustic guitar, ukulele, contrabass, violin and jazz bass as private lessons.
The referral fee is free. About the lesson fee, schedule and place, please ask the teacher directly.

そして！
アコースティックギターとウクレレにつきましては、レッスン場所としてfabrico店内をご利用いただけます。
もちろん場所代はいただいておりませんが、コーヒーか何か飲んでいただけると喜びます。笑

In addition, you can have lessons at fabrico for acoustic guitar and ukelele.
Of course the venue fee is free, but we are glad if you order our coffee or something. lol

先生は、山崎よう先生です。
お子様からシニア世代まで対応。
「初心者でも丁寧にわかりやすく教えてくれる」と評判です♪

The teacher is Mr. Yoh Yamazaki.
He supports young and old.
He has a good reputation like "His lesson is kind and easy to understand even I'm a super beginner."

「ギターが弾けるようになりたいけど、ギターを買う踏ん切りがつかない…。近所迷惑なりそうで心配だし…。」なんて方には、レッスン時に使うギターの店内レンタルも承ります。
月額料金で、レッスン以外の来店時にも練習していただけますので、お気軽にご相談ください♪

If you are interested in the lesson but you think like "I cannot decide to buy the guitar, also I worry about neighborhood nuisance...", you can hire the guitar from us for the lessons.
It's monthly fee, you can play and practice it when you visit us any day.

おばあちゃんの『コーヒーミルク』。"coffee milk" for an elderly lady.

先月末、「通りかかりで、ずっと気になっていた」とご来店くださったお客様がいらっしゃいました。
とても可愛いらしいおばあちゃん。

The end of the last month, a new customer who is a cute and lovely elderly lady came to our shop.
She said "I was interested in this shop when I pass here always".


しかし、オーダーいただいたのは、当店のメニューにはない『コーヒーミルク』という飲み物。
私の頭の中に「？？？」が広がりました。笑
おそらく、コーヒーとミルクを掛け合わせた飲み物であることはわかるのですが、カフェラテやカフェオレ、フレッシュを入れたコーヒーでもない。
どういうものか詳しく伺うと、おばあちゃんがおっしゃるには「牛乳に、ちょびーっとコーヒーが入っててな…」 。
「ほな、ホットミルクにコーヒーちょびっと足しましょか」と確認すると、「あぁ、そうやなぁ。そんな感じ」。

However, she ordered "coffee milk" which isn't in our menu and I don't know.
A lot of "???" came to my head. lol
I guessed the drink contains coffee and milk, but that isn't caffe latte, cafe au lait or coffee with milk.
I asked her the detail, then she told "A little bit of coffee is in milk...".
So I confirmed "I add a little bit coffee to hot milk is fine?", she answered "Oh, yeah. Something like that".   


ニコニコ飲んでくださり、料金は「ホットミルクと同じ200円で」とお伝えしたら、
「200円でいいのー！？」 と喜んでくださり。
あったかい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

She had it with smiling, she surprised like "It is just 200yen!?" when I told "The price is same with hot milk, 200yen".
I'm grateful for having the heartwarming time with her.


というわけで、おばあちゃんに提供した『コーヒーミルク』をもう一度作って飲んでみました。
ほんのりコーヒー風味がほっこりする、優しい味。
おばあちゃん、また飲みに来てくれたら嬉しいなあ…。

So I made "coffee milk" which I served to the elderly lady and I had it myself.
The taste which has a bit of coffee flavour eases my mind.
I hope she comes to had it again...

夏の季節限定フルーツティーが３種類、７月１日からメニューに登場しています。
今回も全てノンカフェイン、フルーツの自然の甘さが美味しいです◎

We're serving 3 kinds of fruit teas which are limited to summer from the 1st July :)
All of them are caffeine-free, the tastes are delicious by natural sweetness of fruits.

＊ マンゴーオレンジ
ジュースのように甘くて、お子様でも美味しく飲めるフルーツティー。
しつこくない後味で、大人にも嬉しい１杯です。

＊mango orange
The taste is sweet like a juice, I guess kids can enjoy it.
But the sweet flavour is not too much, so I think adults love it of course.

＊マスカットミント
爽やかなテイストとほんのり甘いマスカットが、暑い日の癒しにぴったり！
ホットにしても、すっきりいただけます◎

＊muscat mint
The freshness taste and a bit of sweetness of muscat are much the best for hot summer days!!
Surprisingly, the hot tea is also good.

＊パッションピーチ
ピーチの甘さとトロピカルな風味がハッピー！
それでいて甘ったるくない、絶妙なバランスが癖になりますよ♪

＊ passion peach
The sweetness of peach and the tropical flavour make us happy!!
However it's not too much sweet, the balance is addicting :)

おかげさまで明日7月2日、
弦楽器工房fabricoがカフェ併設のCafe＆弦楽器工房fabricoとして
リニューアルオープンして１周年を迎えます！
１年間、長いようであっというまでした…。笑
今後ともよろしくお願いいたします♪

Tomorrow 2nd July is the anniversary after we reopened with the cafe space.
This 1 year for me was long, but actually short...lol
We appreciate for your support. Thank you all very much:)

写真は、自家製レモネードと試しにアイスコーヒーを混ぜて作ってみたフレンチトースト。
コーヒーの風味は美味しいのですが、
卵液の水分量が多いせいか食感はイマイチ…。
そんな時もあります。笑

夏の季節限定ティーも入荷いたしましたので、また改めてご紹介しますね！




This picture is our homemade lemonade and a trial french toast which is mixed iced coffee.
The coffee flavour was so nice but the texture was not good, I guess the moisture amount was too much...
It happens sometimes.lol

We got new seasonal teas for this summer, I'll introduce them soon!!

We've been playing FM COCOLO since long before, so I feel like we are permitted as official finally. lol

We are open as usual this Golden Week (Golden Week is a holiday week in Japan which is from the end of April to early May),

Today is the 19th of March, it's getting warmer in Osaka finally!!

ということで！春の季節限定フルーツティーが３種類、到着しました(^^)
全てノンカフェイン、フルーツの甘みで優しい味わいのお茶です◎

So, we got 3 kinds of fruit teas which are limited to spring :)
All of them are caffeine-free, the tastes are mild by natural sweetness of fruits.

桜の花もブレンドされた、風味豊かで爽やかな春の味わいです。
アイスティーもおすすめ！


＊ peach & sakura
This tea is cherry blossom blended, flavourful and refreshing.
It's good as iced tea too!

＊ チェリッシュショコラ
チェリーとローズヒップをベースに、カカオによるチョコレートの風味が楽しい１杯。


＊ cherry & chocolate
The base of this tea is cherry and rose hip,  added enjoyable chocolate flavour by cacao.

＊ チェリッシュベリー
チェリーにブルーベリーやストロベリーを組み合わせ、スッキリとした甘さのフルーツティーです。


＊ cherry & berry
cherry with blueberry and strawberry, the taste is refreshing sweet.
